To reset your password, you must first enter your username or your e-mail address.

An e-mail will be sent to your e-mail address (or if you are not allowed to have your password changed via e-mail communication you will receive a message about this). The e-mail will contain a confirmation code (and nothing else). Enter the confirmation code which will grant you a chance to change your password.
